You can place an order via the website shopping cart, mobile app, or by calling us. We have a "Easy Start" promotion for all new customers.
What is the bottle deposit fee?
It is a refundable fee for 18.9L plastic jugs. If you have empty bottles from other suppliers for exchange, you can hand them to our courier (subject to quality standards).
What is the delivery schedule?
We deliver water daily from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Orders placed before 11:00 AM are delivered on the same day.
How is the water purified?
Our water undergoes a 7-stage purification process, including reverse osmosis, remineralization, and UV disinfection, ensuring its safety and great taste.
